Our perishable products are shipped Monday–Wednesday via FedEx Ground or FedEx 2-Day to ensure they arrive fresh. Each order is packed in insulated wrapping with ice packs; please note that we do not offer weekend deliveries. Once your package departs, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (please check your SPAM folder if it doesn’t appear). We are unable to ship to PO Boxes; these orders will be cancelled and refunded. Currently, international shipping is available for our mixers only.
To ensure the highest standards of quality and safety, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns. Refunds are only available for orders that have not yet entered the processing stage; once an order is processed, it is no longer eligible for a refund. We kindly ask that you double-check your purchase details and shipping address before completing your checkout. While we do not accept returns, your experience is our priority. While we do not currently offer a subscription service, we are hard at work developing a program tailored to your needs for a late 2026 launch. We are committed to creating a flexible and rewarding experience that makes enjoying your favorite cold-pressed juices and mixers easier than ever. All Inspiring Spirits products require refrigeration to maintain their quality and safety. For maximum freshness, cold-pressed juices should be refrigerated and consumed within 5 days; however, they can be frozen for up to 60 days. Our mixers generally stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 30 days or can be frozen for up to 3 months. When thawing frozen products, we recommend consuming them promptly for the best flavor experience. Above all, please trust your senses, if you are ever unsure of a product's freshness, we advise erring on the side of caution and discarding it to ensure your health and safety.
Our products are minimally filtered to remain nutrient-dense, so you may notice sediment settling at the bottom of the container. This separation is a completely natural process and a sign of the raw, high-quality ingredients we use. To enjoy the full flavor and benefits of your drink, simply shake the bottle vigorously before opening to re-incorporate the ingredients.
